Peppermint Moringa Bites


1 1/2 c. oats

2T. milled oats

1 T. chai seeds

1 T. Moringa powder

1/2 c. Tahini

1/2 c. white chocolate chips

pinch of salt

1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 c. crushed candy canes

In a large mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients. In a saucepan, heat the tahini and white chocolate chips until it reaches a creamy consistency. Then pour the saucepan ingredients into the large mixing bowl and stir until all the ingredients are well mixed. Roll it into balls. In the saucepan of microwave melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Using a knife spread a thin layer across the top of the bites. Sprinkle crushed candy canes over top. Store them in the refrigerator and enjoy!
