1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour

1 T. baking powder

1 t. cinnamon

1 T. Moringa

1 T. honey

 1 t. vanilla




Directions: In a medium-sized bowl mix all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and Moringa). In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients (butter, milk, egg, vanilla, and honey). Slowly add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, continuously stirring until most lumps are gone. Heat frying pan on stovetop, add a small amount of butter or non-stick spray. Pour less than 1.4 c. of batter onto heated pan. Flip pancake once edges begin to brown and bubbles appear in the center.
