Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked chickpeas or canned chickpeas

1/4 c. tahini

1/4 c. olive oil

1 T. Moringa

salt

Directions: Soak chickpeas overnight, then boil in water with salt for one hour or until soft. Canned chickapeas can be used as a substitute. In a food processor, add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy with fresh cut vegetables or pita bread.
