3 avocados

1/4 c. minced red onion

1 tomato

2 T. cilantro

1/2 T. Moringa powder

juice from 1/4 lime

1 T. garlic minced

1 jalapeno (optional)

Directions: Cut avocado in half, remove and dispose of seed. Scoop out inside into medium-sized mixing bowl and dispose of outer layer. Dice tomato and red onion and add to bowl. Finely chop cilantro and add to bowl. Add all other ingredients and vigorously stir until most avocado pieces are broken up and is a smoother consistency. Optional: remove seeds from jalapeno and chop into fine pieces, and mix in with other ingredients.
